A good, yet disheartening thread. I still remember the optimism people had in the 90's that with internet, people would have more access to science and knowledge in general... The end of information scarcity etc. How wrong we were.

Havainnollinen, tärkeä teksti, joka puhuu karua kieltä pitkään jatkuneesta tutkimuksen ja tieteen ahtaalle ajamisesta poliittisin päätöksin. Tutkimusta ja siihen perustuvaa laaja-alaista työtä ja päätöksentekoa tarvitaan aina, ei vain kriisiaikoina.
