I don't recommend ecommerce to anyone anymore. Too many skills required, too much upfront cash. Many of my smart ecommerce friends have pivoted into physical retail/wholesale or moved into SaaS and digital products. The ones still in ecom have unique advantages.

A lot of it is in mastering supply chain. There’s plenty of content on how to leverage ads. And in the last year, we have begun connecting dots to contribution margin. But, the supply chain is where the margins are revealed, the cash flow versus maximized and where the product quality relies. There’s been little content supporting e-commerce entrepreneurs on the supply chain.
@greggcarey Yeah I definitely which I had a better grasp of my supply chain the last half decade or so. First half was easy, second half has been harder to handle. Also wish I'd nailed financials from the beginning.
