We've published a new website to better convey the progress of our shutdown, to provide story, & migration assistance.
As a reminder, WE ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. Just in case you missed the other tweets and emails. Will write a blog about it soon.
We're falling behind on email again, should catch up tomorrow and over weekend.
... and for your understanding. We have stopped charging cards and have begun issuing refunds for annual and quarterly payments.

All services should now be restored (note filesystem checks may continue to run for some time)
The storage has been restored. We're starting to boot VMs now.
We've also reconfigured our SAN switch infrastructure. Not sure if this was a problem, but some improvements were needed (& opportunistic)
Our SAN is almost back online. We've replaced the RAM in the disk controller, and the cache battery.
We have a senior engineer on site. Storage issues are being resolved first. We're also looking deeper into the controller problem.
We are experiencing multiple equipment failures, including an IP-KVM unit for remote support. A senior engineer is being called to site
Routing & dedicated servers should be restored. We're working on storage (again) as the next priority.
About 2 hours ago, we experienced a rack-level PDU failure in our operations rack. This has affected routing, storage, & some dedicated svrs
Today (& this past week) have been hectic! VPS servers & instances had to be rebooted more than once due to SAN disk controller failures...
The SAN was restored - VM block access should be functional again, although it may be slow for a bit.
We're experienced a disk controller failure affecting block storage for VMs. The problem is being investigated.
