Testing week this week, this training block hasn't been the best for me because of life stuff. Still, managed a new touch n' go bench PB of 63kg, and my squat PB stays at 82kg. I'll test deadlift a few days later, but not putting any pressure on. Feels good to maintain!

Let down by my running bag opening on my run... used to tie the zips together but one of the tags broke. At least I noticed my bag early so I didn't have to retrace my steps too far... a Friday heck

I feel unreal tired today, all my limbs feel so heavy. It makes sense, I've done some big things things this week and I haven't been sleeping well. but damn. All the caffeine in the world isn't helping :c
