@nsitharaman Dear Madam, Kindly introduce amnesty scheme or waiver benefit for late payments for 3years from 2017 in the 49th GST Council meeting. It was not understandable at the beginning. Save MSME'S by giving any one of the solution to serve the nation growth pls.

Res @GST_Council @FinMinIndia Kindly reintroduce #GstAmnesty with rationalization latefees i.e ₹500/1000/2000/5000 pm retrospectively since 2017. Small dealer whose gstin cancelled r unable to restore bcz of huge latefees. Latefees bacame the barrier to restart the business.

Govt should come up with #GSTAmnesty retrospectively since 2017 to till now to regularise delay in GST payments and interest.If not, many small businesses will be closed down & Promoters may be forced to sell their asset to clear the liability @GST_Council @nsitharaman @PMOIndia

GSTR-9/9C amnesty in late fees is must..as per 3yrs rule the last date for FY17-18 GSTR9/9c is arriving on 07-02-23 plz do something about it to extend this last date for fy 17-18 and either waive or cap the late fees so that dealers shouldn’t be overburdened🙏🏻 @GST_Council
