Finally, Issue of OTP to Mobile No. of Foreign Director is resolved and they have received OTPs on their Mob today. However, upon submission, it is asking for payment of 5000/-, without any fault of directors. Requesting @MCA21India @HelpdeskMCA21V3 to waive Rs. 5000/- penalty.
