In Marxist terms the M-C-M’ circuit is no longer dominant. It is the M-M’ circuit where money is used to make more money. What’s left out is the production of commodities, of use values, which are tangible & real. The detachment of money from any kind of commodity, ie the gold standard, allows our elites to accumulate unimaginable sums of paper/electronic wealth as an end in itself. This leaves us, the working class, stuck working unproductive bullshit jobs so we can pay off our rents and debts each month until we die. This disgusting system needs to be overthrown. Humanity must be liberated from the demonic creditor class and its anti-human obsession with monetary wealth.

For those who don’t know, the Department of Defense flew Michael Hudson out to teach them about his theory of super-imperialism & the CIA bought 2,000 copies of the book. He intended it to be a critique of empire to be used in the struggle for its dissolution, but it ended up being used as a manual by the ruling elite for maintaining US financial dominance. When the left studies Marxism as intently as the ruling elite then maybe we will have a revolution. There are more of us than them after all, but right now they’re using our greatest weapon against us.
