Israel continues to hold some 14,000 Palestinians in its network of torture camps. 🔹Reports from the weekend detail the detention and torture of a 1-and-a-half-year-old child, Kareem Abu Nassar, during an Israeli operation near Al-Maghazi in central Gaza. According to family accounts shared by local media, Israeli soldiers detained the father, Osama Abu Nassar, separated him from his son, and stripped and interrogated him at a checkpoint. During this time, the child was reportedly tortured in front of his father to coerce a confession—burned with cigarettes and pierced with a metal object—before being released after roughly 10 hours via the Red Cross. The father remains in Israeli custody. 🔹The total death toll since October 7, 2023 has reached 72,263 killed and 171,944 wounded.
