#Michigan has 1,700+ localities and majority has some paraphernalia laws. Why it isn’t a priority when the state throws a little $ for us, but offer no protections for us nor our participants & the community to access tools to be healthy, is indefensible. #misapnow @MichiganDems

In a new paper, we document the impact of both Oregon's Measure 110 and changes to drug laws in Washington on arrests for drug and paraphernalia possession. Spoiler alert: They went down dramatically, even as overall arrest rates remained stable. tinyurl.com/62tndxhe
