Events that will surprise markets (positively) 1. Fund raising by cash strapped banks/nbfc (like yes bank today), 2. Fund raising and asset sale by corporates like zee/emami etc, 3. Policy action to save telecom industry, 4. Policy action to revive demand #Markets

In Underwriting business like Insurance or Lending, Look for people who have great Risk Management standards & then Growth. From Experience i can tell you that High Growth in lending business is just 5% of the Valuation, 95% depends on Quality of Growth (Underwriting Standards)

Uber did not kill taxi drivers. Better service and accessibility did. Apple did not kill music industry. Being forced to buy full albums did. Amazon did not kill retailers. Convenience and better range did. Technology by itself is not the disruptor. Customer centricity is.

@zomatocare @zomatoin @zomato WTC PASTA ( GOREGOAN WEST ) This is the worst restaurant that I have visited in my life.We ordered a special paneer tikka pizza which was more like a pizza bread with water. When we complaint about the same, the owner and waiter started abusing.
