Indian parents have an unbelievable talent. You can be 30 years old, earn your own money, pay your own bills… …and still hear: “Ghare aav, pachhi vaat karu tane.” Suddenly, your entire adulthood becomes irrelevant.

India’s favourite investment strategy: Apply for an IPO because everyone is talking about it. Check GMP every morning. Watch YouTube videos explaining why it will list at a premium. Then, if you get the allotment, suddenly become a long-term investor. 😭💀 The confidence is unmatched.
The IPO application takes 30 seconds. Waiting for allotment takes 7 days. Checking the allotment status takes 70 attempts. And if you actually get the shares, the first thing you do is check the GMP again. Indian IPO investors need patience more than profits. 😂
India’s IPO investors have two personalities. 😂 Before listing: “Long-term investment. Strong fundamentals.” After listing at a loss: “Market manipulation. Retail investors are being looted.” Bhai, decide kar lo… investor ho ya listing-day trader? 😭
Jio’s IPO got fully subscribed in under 2 hours. The same company that made Indians addicted to cheap internet is now asking Indians to invest in its future. That’s quite a business journey. 😂 Would you invest in Jio for the long term, or is the hype too much?

UPI has made spending money way too easy. Earlier, giving someone ₹500 meant opening your wallet and feeling the loss. Now you scan a QR code for ₹499 and walk away like nothing happened. Digital payment is painless. Until you check your bank balance.
The Indian talent for saving money is unmatched. We’ll travel 5 km to save ₹20 on petrol, spend ₹300 on snacks during the trip, and come home feeling financially responsible. Personal finance, desi edition.
One day you’re excited to grow up. Then you grow up and realise weekends are for recovering from weekdays, and Sundays are for worrying about Mondays. 😭 Who approved this system?
India’s stock market is having an identity crisis. 😭 Yesterday: Oil prices up. Foreign investors selling. Market falls. Today: IT stocks rally. Sensex jumps. Same economy. Same investors. Completely different mood. Apparently, the market wakes up and chooses its personality every morning. 💀
The Indian talent nobody talks about: Finding a product for ₹500, adding it to the cart, applying 3 coupons, checking 4 apps… …and still deciding to buy it next month. We don't shop. We conduct financial audits.
