Orbinum is re-opening its Ambassador Program. We’re a small core team building a privacy L1 on Substrate, and the community is what has carried us so far. Now we want to make it official and bring in the people who’ll help us grow. 📖What ambassadors do: 1. Run and grow local Telegram communities 2. Translate guides and docs 3. Create content: Creative threads, explainers, videos 4. Help new users through the testnet and Seasonal quests 🎁What you get: Monthly ORB rewards + Special Discord Role + Closed Beta Access to Our Early-stage Products Full Read & Application Form : github.com/orbinum/ambass…

🌲 The first tree of the Merkle Forest is almost sealed. Tree #0 is at 95.10%: 997,144 of 1,048,576 commitments. Once it's full, it gets sealed and Tree #1 takes over. Ahead of that, our private transfer circuits have been upgraded to v3. They can prove notes from any tree, active or sealed, so shielded ORB keeps moving no matter where it lives. 🔹 Watch Tree #0 fill up → explorer.testnet.orbinum.network/privacy 🔹 Check the VK versions → explorer.testnet.orbinum.network/privacy/vk 🔹 How the Merkle Forest works → docs.orbinum.network/architecture/n… Keep shielding. Be the commitment that seals Tree #0. #Orbinum #Testnet #ZK #Privacy #MerkleForest #Web3 #Crypto #Blockchain #Community

🔐 Vault v7 is live on Orbinum Testnet. Your private vault now stores nothing linkable. Notes keep only blind tags and a sealed body: no spent flags, no timestamps. A stolen browser dump can't be dated or tied back to the chain. Every private transfer now lets you choose who paid: ▫️ Anonymous: the default. The recipient learns nothing. ▫️ Pseudonym: a name you pick, shown as self-chosen. ▫️ Privacy address: proven by the note itself, shown as verified. 🔹 Send privately → docs.orbinum.network/private-vault/… ⚠️ Action needed: unlock your vault and run Recover Notes once (Shielded Pool → More actions → Recover Notes). Your vault upgrades when you unlock it, and the rescan rebuilds your notes and your full Activity history. Your balance may read 0 until the scan is done. No backup needed: your notes are on chain, encrypted to you. 🔹 Recover Notes → docs.orbinum.network/private-vault/… Under the hood, the protocol and our SDKs got sharper: 🔹 Spends are unsigned: no relayer, no account tied to your nullifiers 🔹 Merkle paths are built on your device, so the node never learns which notes are yours 🔹 New notes can be spent the moment they land 🔹 Activity rebuilt: what you paid, received and unshielded, even after a restore 🔹 How the vault works → docs.orbinum.network/private-vault Rescan once, then pick your name. #Orbinum #Testnet #ZK #Privacy #VaultV7 #Web3 #Crypto #Blockchain #Community

🎉 500K transactions on Orbinum Testnet. Half a million shields, private transfers and unshields backed by zero-knowledge proofs, plus smart contracts deployed on our EVM layer, all settled on-chain. Thank you to everyone running quests, keeping streaks alive and breaking things with us. You got us here. 🔹 Watch the testnet live → explorer.testnet.orbinum.network Next stop: 1M. #Orbinum #Testnet #ZK #Privacy #Web3 #Crypto #EVM #Blockchain #Community

🛡️ Road to mainnet: we're preparing the snapshot. To reach it clean, we've updated sign-up and sign-in for the Community Program. Every member now connects a Google account, one per member, so the snapshot counts real people, not bots. No account has been lost. 🔹 Already registered with your wallet? Continue with Google, then sync the same wallet. Your credits, streaks and referrals come with you. 🔹 New here? Continue with Google and register with your wallet. Step-by-step guide → docs.orbinum.network/community/join 🪂 We've also updated the Season 1 airdrop unlock: 🔹 20% at TGE 🔹 The remaining 80% vests linearly over 6 months Details → docs.orbinum.network/community/seas… Why: to protect early investors and cut airdrop farming, so the snapshot rewards real users with genuine interest in Orbinum. 🔗 Sync your account: app.orbinum.network/community #Orbinum #Mainnet #Airdrop #Snapshot #ZK #Privacy #Web3 #Crypto #Community

Part 5/10 🧵 Confidential DeFi vs. ZK shielded pools. Two different approaches to privacy, with very different trade-offs 👇

The solution @zama provides is exactly what Confidential DeFi needs: Amounts are encrypted, addresses aren't. How does that compare with @orbinumnetwork's ZK shielded pool? And what would private DeFi look like on a note-based chain? 🧵👇 x.com/i/article/2108…

🛡️ Shield, proven. Every deposit into the shielded pool now carries its own zero-knowledge proof: the note you create is worth exactly what you paid. Nothing more, nothing less. The chain checks that proof before a single ORB moves. That closes the loop. All three moves in the shielded pool are now verified by ZK proofs on-chain: 🔹 Shield → proven 🔹 Private transfer → proven 🔹 Unshield → proven Nothing changes on your side: same wallet, same flow. The app generates the proof for you in seconds. 🔹 Free ORB from the faucet → faucet.orbinum.network 🔹 Shield your first note → app.orbinum.network/wallet/shielded 🔹 Watch it land on-chain → explorer.testnet.orbinum.network Already have the app open? Refresh the page before your next shield. #Orbinum #ZK #Privacy #ZeroKnowledge #Testnet #Web3 #Crypto #Substrate #EVM

🔑 First live verifying-key rotation on Orbinum testnet. The keys that validate private transactions were swapped on a running network, without pausing the chain, without touching anyone's funds, and without asking users to migrate anything. Your notes from yesterday still spend today. What the new keys bring: the destination address and the encrypted note attached to a private transaction are now sealed inside the proof. Nobody can reroute a payment or alter its message once it's signed. 🔹 New keys active, old ones retired 🔹 One circuit (value_proof) removed entirely - fees are simpler now, no extra proof required 🔹 Zero downtime, zero migration 📊 Follow every key version live → explorer.testnet.orbinum.network/privacy/vk #Orbinum #ZK #Privacy #Testnet #Web3

🔄 Q4 is here. The most important quarter for Orbinum. Don't miss what's coming → docs.orbinum.network/roadmap #Orbinum #Web3 #Substrate #Roadmap

🔐 Orbinum × SubWallet - now supported. Huge thanks to @subwalletapp for shipping deterministic sr25519 signing. That's what unlocks it: the shielded pool now works straight from SubWallet. Shield, transfer, unshield - in the wallet you already use. 🔹 Get / Update SubWallet extension to v1.3.90 → subwallet.app 🔹 Free ORB from the faucet → faucet.orbinum.network 🔹 Try it → app.orbinum.network/wallet/shielded ⚠️ Browser extension only for now. #Orbinum #SubWallet #Substrate #ZK #Privacy #Web3 #Wallet

🔐 Quest with your own wallet. Connect Talisman or SubWallet to Orbinum and earn +5 ORB for every on-chain quest you complete, no new wallet to set up, no extra steps. 🔹 Join the community & start earning ORB docs→ docs.orbinum.network/community #Orbinum #Talisman #SubWallet #Substrate #Web3 #Quests

🛡️Privacy has more than one path. Our Head of Strategy & Growth, @RHEEUNION, has launched Privacy Chains Decoded, a 10-part series exploring how Orbinum differs from the projects shaping the privacy ecosystem. #1 Zcash The origins of the shielded-pool model and the lessons 2026 brought to ZK privacy. #2 Monero A fundamentally different approach: mandatory privacy through ring signatures, stealth addresses and RingCT. Two different architectures. Different trade-offs. Different answers to the same question: What should privacy look like on-chain? Read both deep dives 👇 🔹 Zcash x.com/RHEEUNION/stat… 🔹 Monero x.com/RHEEUNION/stat… #PrivacyChainsDecoded #Orbinum #Privacy #ZK #Zcash #Monero
