Yesterday, the Sask Polytech Farmer and Rancher Mental Health (FARMh) research team along with their partners at @usask’s Canadian Centre for Rural and Agricultural Health (CCRAH) had pleasure of meeting with Governor General Mary Simon. @GGCanada #GGSimon

#GGSimon was honoured to meet with Indigenous leaders to learn about the priorities of their communities. She met with @fsinations Chief Bobby Cameron, as well as with Grand Chief Brian Hardlotte, Chief Henry Lewis and Chief Michael Starr.

Ce fut un honneur pour la #GGSimon de rencontrer des leaders autochtones afin d’en apprendre plus sur les priorités de leurs communautés.

Il n’est pas toujours facile de demander de l’aide. Le réseau SaskAgMatters œuvre à briser le mur du silence. La #GGSimon a rencontré des membres de l’organisme qui offrent des ressources en santé mentale et du soutien aux agriculteurs de la Saskatchewan.
