10th graders at Hills West & East heard from Holocaust survivors Pearl Friend & Meir Usherovitz. After watching clips of the Names Not Numbers documentary that students Jeremy Shatzer & Alexa Nissenbaum helped produce, the survivors joined the students on stage for a Q&A. #HHHCSD
Students from Hills East and West in Ms. Mendoza's Korean class learned how to make the traditional Korean dish of Gimbap. They learned how to say the ingredients in Korean, and then learned how to add those ingredients together to make the meal. #HHHCSD
