ICU capacity is already at 87%, including surge capacity! An increase like this prediction will leave the system glutted. I expect to see eligibility triage to be admitted to ICU very soon. Please everyone avail yourself of vaccination. Fully vac’d ppl have a 12-fold protection.

I think the calls for vaccine passports are thoughtful but misguided. We need society to be homogenous with high vaccination penetrance, not segregated into vaxxed and unvaxxed enclaves.

STUDY: Just over 1/3 of people recovered >3 wks from PCR positive Covid infection show no detectable antibodies i.e. SERONEGATIVITY. Prior inf’n doesn’t appear to confer measurable immunity in 36%. Antibody testing is only 64% sens to identify prior inf’n. wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/27…
