Well done @Bsix ESOL students who completed their social action project today for @headstartaction They wanted to help local homeless people so they cooked a pasta bake and added a sweet treat for guests at @HackneyWNS Thanks also @IntoUniversity #hackneydowns for your kitchen!

We’ve worked with @CompassSE16 students twice this week. Their year 9 drama class helped us identify and develop themes for our upcoming Forum Theatre piece showing us how racial discrimination and drugs can disempower young people
Our grads from @PeckhamAcademy & @stacsouthwark really enjoyed their intro into @Bloomberg day on Friday! Thank you to Eleanor, Caroline & the team for having us! I think we may have some future employees here! #headstartaction #employability #youth #philanthropy
Great to receive an update from Hannah at @GroundworkLON who are delivering the programme. Lovely to see that Nusrah is enjoying her work experience with @Lendleaseuk 🙂 #headstartaction #workplacement #employability #Youth
More people have made a friend at work than anywhere else, but we often overlook the role of workplaces in strengthening social relations. Read our new literature review on social mixing in the workplace here: bit.ly/2OR5zSp #SocialMixingWorkplaceReview
Inspired by @stacsouthwark + their #socialaction projects, one on overcoming racism in sport & one exploring feelings of young men in London. #HeadStartAction provides support to young people, helping them to gain employability skills + grow bit.ly/2J2ZQYf #HSAction
I love my new job - we're doing lots of exciting projects. Today I met pupils from @PeckhamAcademy who presented their amazing #socialaction projects as part of #HeadStartAction, which supports young people from disadvantaged areas with employability skills and more #HSAction
