@AerLingus We're trying to use our voucher for flights from Dublin to overseas but it's in euros and our voucher is GBP. What do we need to do? Many thanks.

@Sammygitaumike I've tried to but Aer Lingus don't reply, just the fake accounts.

@AerLingus Been lied to, been ignored, been scammed, been priced out and all I got was a crappy voucher I can't even use. No wonder their Trust Pilot has 1.5 stars.

@AerLingus4_ How can you try scamming me again on a tweet about being scammed by you? I don't know whether I'm appalled or impressed.

@AerLingus Another day another issue. Emailed the CEO and heard nothing. Now found out you cannot use a refund voucher to pay a deposit on a flight. Wow. It's MY money.

@AerLingus Absolutely disgusted!!! Aer Lingus are aware of a scam clone account that are targeting and dming those who tweet.

@AerLingus Had emails ignored. Take a week to response to anything. Requested a refund even though last thing we wanted - told 'nope you requested a voucher' which we did not. Just want some help with this.

@AerLingus As a disabled family of 4 they really let us down. Told the voucher we were advised to take during Covid would be 'like for like' amount for when we next booked Florida. 3 years later & still can't afford their increase in prices. Asked for their help, got nothing.

@modeblthsr Hi Maud I'm hoping to buy my daughter a Friday ticket to see her favourite band. With it not being sold out would you accept 50 and I can transfer/PayPal at your earliest convenience. Many thanks. Sophie.

@BettlesAmy I tried to DM you but it wouldn't let me. I'm also happy to buy one from you. I can do a bank transfer or PayPal, whatever works.
