@Tesco really disappointed in your service today. Delivery expected 10-11am and still no sign (it’s nearly 5pm) Several phone calls with long waits for answers and still no joy. Promised call backs, rescheduled drop but nothing. I WAS at home when delivery expected. Very poor 😡

@tesco yet another late delivery but this time stating ‘delays on the road’ having looked on traffic updates online there are no issues locally? So is this untrue and you are late again due to the machine which deals with the orders?

@altontowers we are visiting on Tuesday I am a Type 1 diabetic and do not recognise low blood sugars easily these days. When I have visited other places I am given a lanyard to identify this and queue for less time (you don’t want me hypo in your queue!) do you offer this please
