how the fuck is it allowed that @AmericanAir forces people to gate check bags on”full flights”? its absolute fucking bullshit. you have the space and plenty of time to board everyone. just complete fucking bullshit. @AmericanAir
@AmericanAir I have been flying with you for over 10 years. I have understood the worse customer incentives and more confusing status initiatives over the past 2 years but not being able to go on standby at the gate and only being able to use the app is a joke. Why do you care!

@AmericanAir I got an Uber back to SFO this morning at 6:00am and waited until someone showed up at 8:17am 😳 to get my bag that didn't make my connection yesterday in DFW. I understand delayed bags, but the baggage app and the lack of local posted phone number or office hours is nonsense.
@AmericanAir just dropped off my bag with @AmericanAir staff at westchester county airport. suitcase was damaged and I hope @AmericanAir replaces it because it was not damaged by me.
