Totally stunning 😡😡 spent 23 minutes on hold which was fine as was told it was 30. Then the phone rang once and then went dead. Cracking customer service. I guess I’m never going to get my parcel as no one will help!!!

@AtHomeDentalLtd do you have some kind of warranty? My dad had a cap / filling in February and it’s already fallen off. The total cost he paid was £247. He’s 92 and very unhappy. Not very good value for money at all.

@UniofExeter my daughter has emailed you with no response. She accepted a Durham post offer open day then yours was announced on the same day. Are there any others coming up as she’s had no response? Thank you.

@DandG_SupportUK ordered a new tv on Monday Tuesday received an email asking us how our replacement was. Wednesday we called as our order said 48 hours to wait. A very rude woman told me I was wrong and it was 48 working hours. Very upset!

@monzo I’ve looked in the app and it only shows how to cancel it, not how to pay it. I was defrauded just daft.

@monzo I paid for something yesterday but used the wrong cvv number. The money is on hold. Is there anyway the payment can go through? I was using my virtual card but put in my personal pin? Thank you

@bathbodyworks I’ve just paid and my payment was declined as I put the wrong 3 digit number in when paying. What do I do? As the order seems to have gone through

@OctopusEnergy I’m new to EVs. I synced my car and charger to take advantage of the two hours free but I was unable to change the scheduled times and I had to keep hitting boost and I had to replug it in 5 times and it kept turning off. Exhausted now 😵‍💫

@drmartens I thought doc martens were fairly indestructible. My daughter hasn’t ever worn them in and the sole has split 😢 I purchased them over a year ago and I’m not at all happy
