@TicketsAtWork VERY POOR SERVICE. REFUND NOT GIVEN for a hotel room i purchased. been waiting for 3 weeks now but still receiving the same update, "waiting for our partner's resolution". @TicketsAtWork is the company my credit card paid, why do I wait for a 3rd party?😡

@TicketsAtWork @TicketsAtWork has this in the Terms Conditions: "If your credit card has been charged and we cancel your order, either in whole or in part, you will receive a refund credit to your account for the cancelled Product." so why not process the refund???😠
