Paper based and CD based manuals always get lost - having access to it online in a library means easy to access when you need it
George Konning, BioClinical Services - created online userguides, operations manuals and manufacturers supplied operation manuals
point and click is good because forces people to only put in data that is relevant - sometiems writing provides option of too much data
Most of the information collected is through point and click - but do have handwriting recognition.
Success factors - need buy in from senior management to champion significant cultural change, BUsiness project not an IT project

BIg lesson was that the 3G network was not as reliable as estimated.
A lot of carers actually enjoyed the ability to leave the home and come in to see someone
