habits ❤︎ weighing myself everyday drinking tea to replace meals putting my utensil down after every bite chewing my food fully, really savoring it water after every two bites

my staple foods ❤︎ tuna packets - 70 cals for 19g protein push pops, nestle brand - 70cals and so sweet broccoli - 31cals per 1cup strawberries, sliced so it takes longer to eat - 32cal per 1cup think! salted carmel protein bar- 200cal diet fucking coke - 0 cals

loose skin ❤︎ we are all afraid of this, and as much as id love to sugarcoat it and hide it, i do have loose skin! i wish i had used more harm reduction and lost slower to prevent it more but here’s what i recommend Drink Water! Cocoa Butter is a life saver! Collagen!

my calorie intake ❤︎ in the beginning it was a very consistent 200-400, but at that time i was dealing with a lot of binging so despite the low res I did tend to set myself back a lot! my calorie intake now is 600-800 to prevent binges!
