So many of you asked me if you could attend my next venture opportunity event in Dubai… It’s invite only. 👉 But if you’re from a family office that I don’t already know 👉 Or you’re an institutional investor that I don’t have in my network.. 👉 Or you’re a professional investor (my definition is you’re already a millionaire on paper and in the bank ) 🇦🇪 And you’re based in Dubai. Then I think I would love to have you there 🤍💫! SEND me a DM “DUBAI” and I’ll check your profile 🙌! Love like minded people in the room. Let’s talk.

❤️ My LIFE HACKS for getting things done… Every week I take time out to ask myself the following questions: 🤍 Where is my energy being used the most? Is this an effective strategy to yield the results I want? 🤍 Who is taking up energy but no longer serving me in my life (no value add in love / friendship / business) and then make a decision to cut them out of your life. 🤍 Why am I taking on this venture / project ? For example, money has never really been the motivation for me for a while now. If I’m honest it’s just the power and challenge of doing something so difficult that stimulates me the most. 🤍 Do I like WHO I am becoming in the process? The last point is crucial. The above points help me steer my life exactly where I want it. Most people struggle to do point 2 and are not able to be honest with themselves on point 3. Try it out and stop being busy. 🙏 I genuinely believe busy is an excuse for being ignorant in life. Life is to be enjoyed and without critical feedback to yourself on a regular basis, you’ll never feel fulfilled ❤️❤️! P.s. I’m taking time to read your capital raising enquiries…if you need my help, make sure you tell me about your venture here 👉 hithermann.typeform.com/raisecapital #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

🤨 NEVER thought I’d say this but damn I am right about it… 👉 What do you think I find easier: A $15M raise or a $500M raise ? Much to the contrary opinion, I actually find the $500M raise easier 🤓 Why? 👉 My $500M distressed asset fund will be directed towards institutional investors. These are existing funds or family offices for UHNW or Billionaires. 👉 Therefore here, I will be speaking to a financially trained representative or the individual themselves who is very accustomed to allocating large amounts for investment. 😇 The smaller raises on the other hand ($15M and below) are usually via Angel investors who although rich…are not accustomed to sophisticated financial terminology. 🫠 Therefore, everything has to be explained “Word for Word” with very light concept and tbh as much I LOVE the different approach it takes a LOT longer and lot more effort. 👉 Good thing I’m accustomed to rejection in life and business so much so I can deal with the drama of both. 🫶 But yes I definitely prefer INSTITUTIONAL money than an angels…. 💫 I’ll teach you how to do BOTH if you’re raising capital on your venture…just tell me about it here 👉 hithermann.typeform.com/raisecapital #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

🔥 HOW to build a BILLIONAIRE network (Or UHNW) as an entrepreneur? 👉 Remember entrepreneurs don’t lean on big corporate names as a backdrop. 🙌 They are a different breed, having to prove themselves from the ground up. 🫶 I for one will never and can never be employed (I can’t stand the thought). So this video is a REAL insight into how to do that all by yourself. P.s. that’s really my home background and not AI 😂! 🙌 I’m actively helping founders go through the capital raising process…tell me about your venture by telling me here 👉 hithermann.typeform.com/raisecapital ❤️ Can’t wait to help you since I know I would have loved that many years ago when I started 💫! #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

⚽️SPORTS FUND vs 🏠REAL ESTATE fund..which do I prefer? And why do I have both ? 👉 One of them you’re dealing with founders / athletes with the most alpha male personalities with very little corporate finance knowledge and they wish to disagree on literally everything 🤣. 👉 The other you’re dealing with bricks and mortar which don’t talk back and give you drama (lol) and the individuals that come with it are financially literate to a high level. Obviously I love both for different reasons.. The first though you need to have incredible negotiation skills and patience to educate their lawyers along the way 🤣. 🔥 That is why I am excited to hold my 100% bridging finance event next Sunday (7th September) at 11am UK time. If you want to get an invite for this, please put yourself down here 👉 form.typeform.com/to/P6jmRdp5 #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

🔥This was from earlier this week..brutal but honest. 😎 There is a 5 second window in which you get judged when I first meet you. 💰 Your first 3 sentences will make me determine whether you’re investable or not 🙄 And there is one statement you can make in error that will make me walk away from you and your deal immediately. 🫶 I get pitched from amazing founders all around the world..California to Australia. They pitch me while I’m sitting here in Dubai since they know my investor network here is unrivalled. I want to help you get that pitch perfect…I respect you enough to want to do that. Plus I need new deals to invest into. 🤍 I’m relaunching The Billionaire Project..Middle East Edition…with an in person private pitch event here in Dubai. The date will be announced soon… 🤍 If you want to raise capital in this area let me know more about your venture by applying here: 👉 form.typeform.com/to/nGFxbIhk I will be reading the applications myself to see who can make the cut to pitch 🤍. #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

Not many founders or entrepreneurs impress me…but when you are the complete personification of the offering you create through your business, the impact is incredible. Leonida featured here is a prime example, I am a fan of his excellence in vision and execution. And let’s be honest, he’s quite likely the best dressed man right now. We will collaborate on a few ventures which I hope to share with you soon. A founder that is completely aligned is one that walks / talks and breathes their product. Thats complete alignment which makes you incredibly investable. I get pitched all the time for capital for expansion. But my “thesis” is always founder focussed. Which means, until I meet you and my sixth sense tells me you’re the right fit for the vision, you’ll never get that investment. I want to show you how to raise capital from myself and my Middle East and international network. Money is never the issue..it’s always YOU. So that’s where I will start. If you’re a founder looking for capital for your venture…answer these preliminary questions and I will tell you what to do next 👉 form.typeform.com/to/nGFxbIhk #venturecapital #startupbusiness #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

😍 RAISING CAPITAL as a founder? ❌ Believe it or not I DON’T believe every founder should be pitching . 👉 Here is when you should gracefully bow out: 😎 If you have a science or tech based product where you are the “genius” behind it … ❌ Often you won’t have the charisma to speak to investors the right way - you’ll bore them with “product detail” they won’t care it about as much you do. 😎 You only have to watch Elon Musks speeches to see proof, but being the richest man on earth gives him edge of course. ✅ Investors only care about how much money they’re going to make and what risk they’re taking on your venture. ❌ Very often a “boring” founder thinks just because they are Intelligent enough they will be enough for an investor. ❌ Unfortunately, you won’t be and you will be judged on how strong your marketing, financial engineering is, together with your exit plan 🫶 Good news for all my founder network, since I hear about 1000 pitches a month I’m here to help you get the feedback you need that no investor will give you. 🔥 Implement these changes and it could make all the difference to you between a bootstrapped venture to one that hits an eventual 10 figure valuation. 🤩 I’ll be taking holding both an ONLINE and in PERSON pitch event for you to attend. Make sure you tell me about your venture here to be part 👉 form.typeform.com/to/wQ3pjC1c #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

A lot of people ask me why I picked to excel in such a male dominated world 🔥…well here’s my reason: DADDY ISSUES 🤣🫶 No seriously, my dad is my biggest supporter today and I would never be who I am today without his influence 🙏. What’s made you who you are today…? #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

One of my keys insights while I’ve been in Dubai 🇦🇪. Tell me what you think? This is help almost every corporate employee needs in order to master their own time and money… The life of an entrepreneur is a journey for those who can leverage their corporate experience right. Or else it is not worth the gamble! Let me know if you want the help and I can show you how, just answer my questions here 👉 form.typeform.com/to/wQ3pjC1c #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

😎Time to promote my $500M UAE venture in raising for my new REAL ESTATE FUND. 😍 I’m running this together with the largest government entities and some very significant local families. 🇦🇪 The UAE comeback mission is something I’m tapping into and the government support I’m getting here is incredible. 🇦🇪 90% of this nation is flooded with expats with money ready to spend…I’m tapping into that and giving them exactly what they want. 🇦🇪 I’m also keeping it super simple and LOW RISK as I always do…discounted secondary real estate (yes no off plan) 🤩 And BEST of all - EXCLUSIVE deal flow. None of these property deals I have will be available to any real estate broker…I have an exclusive deal from the banks and law courts for that 🔥! That was where the hard work was all this time…building relationships and being super patient yet strategic. I’m here for the LONG TERM success of the UAE 🇦🇪 and that’s why they support me 🙏. For the first time ever I will allow you to have insights into my UAE capital raising process 🤩. If you’re looking to also raise from my investor base in future, then tell me more about you and your venture here 👉 form.typeform.com/to/wQ3pjC1c #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

I shouldn’t be telling you this..but I think it will help you: 👉 Tomorrow morning I’m negotiating EQUITY stakes with a very prominent EMIRATI family (royal connection) over my $500M real estate venture. It’s pretty new territory for them and me in the following ways: 👉 They have never had to sit shoulder to shoulder with a female in business. I’ve known them for almost a year now and they have been very, very respectful and hospitable. But don’t worry they were testing me on every interaction. 🔥🔥 It pays to be a wealthy serial entrepreneur, classy and educated and with an IVY league university background. (Yes these things make a difference) 👉 I expect the power dynamics to be very uncomfortable for them when they realise the equity splits I am offering. 👉 A tip for you if you’re dealing with a negotiation with such strong power dynamics…ALWAYS be willing to walk away if the deal doesn’t satisfy your expectations. That attitude was the way I got into the all exclusive “men’s only” club here…I am very impressed though how open minded they have been to date. 😎 I have huge respect for this country and the people that lead it..but one thing I always make clear is that I am not trying to be an EMIRATI ( out of respect I wouldn’t even wear the clothing like other expats do to try and fit in). I represent the EXPATS who make up 90% of this nation and am proud of it. 🔥 But one thing is for sure, I’m SUPER excited to be able to be even SAT AT THE TABLE with such prominent families as a female since I’ve never seen one do it before. This reminds me of why I do what I do..life is too boring trying to fit in. BE OUTRAGEOUS (in your head) with the ambitions you have and you’ll be surprised how far you get 🤍🙏. 😎 I’ll be sharing my secrets to an invite only group . If you want in, let me know here 👉 form.typeform.com/to/wQ3pjC1c #venturecapital #bridgingfinance #capitalraising #vcfund #fundmanager #investment #investmentbanking

🇦🇪 I’m impressed by Dubai. All this uncertainty and I still feel I’m in the safest place. This place is a master of a comeback over the years and if any nation has the money, technology and conviction to make its residents feel safe, this place is it and its working. 😎 As you know I’m running a huge “secondary market” real estate venture here in the uae. A distressed asset fund of $500M. You would be shocked how many investors have been chasing me to see when they can commit to the venture. 🙏 I already had meetings with the countries most powerful authorities on ensuring my “deal flow” is the best in the country. If there is one thing I’ve learned since 2004 when I started business..it’s this: 👉 ‘’The money is always there, just make sure the deals are too good to say no to.” That’s why I’m excited to stay here since I know for sure the people who remain in Dubai through the volatility are the ones who will prosper the most. If you want to learn more about how to raise money for your venture or to learn how I am on this venture, put yourself on the waiting list for my next online webinar where I will give you all an update 🔥🤍!
