life is worth living now. it doesn’t revolve around calories and restricting and losing weight. i appreciate my body for what it does, not its looks. i love me. some days are a hard and sad and scary. but i still choose recovery, always. recovery is possible. and it’s worth it.

a quick update: i’ve gained 18+ lbs from my lw. my thighs touch. my ribs are barely visible when i reach up. my stomach isn’t always flat. my body is bigger but i’ve tried so much more food. i found a passion for cooking. i’ve made so many more friends and memories. i’m happy.

I’m always stuck between recovery and relapse now. I want to recover bc if I continue this way I won’t develop properly and I’m going to fuck up my life for my future self physically and mentally. But I want to relapse bc I can’t bear the thought of gaining more weight.
