I've been sketching a lot lately but i can't keep ignoring the feeling of getting crushed by my life and responsibilities hahaha it's becoming unbearable,, I hope I manage to feel better soon! Afterall, I did dig this "grave" myself 🕺 Either way, can't wait to upload art here^^

I have so many things to say about the current situation here in southern Italy, but I don't even know where to begin. All I can say is that no amount of spreading awareness and speaking up is enough when we're actively being censored. Hate it here

Like i wonder why some get soooo pissed when others simply have different opinions and voice them respectfully on their acc , if its harming nobody either have a chat w them and understand their pov or scroll.. 😭 Idk maybe I'm just not built for it

Whenever I see ppl complain about "complainers" I cringe a lot, cuz 9/10 they either simply bring up valid points and different povs to a discussion or just ask difficult questions. Saying "omg u ppl can't do anything!" as a response to normal things isn't a serve 💀

I think i'll start with namjoon, i have a SUPER specific concept for him in mind and it's pretty easy to execute (in theory,,) we'll seeeeee I also decided to give nam glasses since it fits the concept and nowhere in the fic do they mention his eyesight or anything like that

I love tweeting art plans into the void cuz if helps me stay organized and motivated lol

Alright If I manage to complete this project just know I'll use the ref sheets and studies for comic pages or just actual fanart....which were my original plan but life's being rough w me lately so I'd rather go one step at a time, for once

they all have extremely specific looks in my head, and I'll try my best to find ukiyo lines where outfits were described... to make it as canon as possible :") esp w jimin and tae

For some reason I can never seem to get jk right 😭 like sure ofc ppl can tell it's him but I'm never satisfied w the final look,, and yoongi.. I feel like I struggle a lot w his nose lol but maybe I'm too fixated on having him look impeccabile cuz he's my bias and all that 💀🙏

Update: I began sorting and planning everything 💪 Still unsure on how to frame everything in the character sheet pages but idc I'll figure it out later, afterall it's just a matter of adjusting studies into position,,, who should I start with?

I also really like drawing Jimin and tae, I visualize them in my head faster for some reason. Nam is 50/50, sometimes he can be the easiest while others he ends up looking a bit off, same w Jin

Part of me wants to go with Hobi cuz I find him the easiest to draw, but at the same time his character is a banshee and I wanna go crazy with it,, so maybe it's too soon. I fear I might have him look too "bland" and I don't want that since there's sooo much to play with

I'd also love to work on comic pages but I've been way too depressed and burnt out, I'm backlogged w school stuff too..questioning whether I should take a gap year and focus on therapy,,, like,, it's that bad 💀 Hopefully bangtan will help me get through this once again🙏

Also like, as of now, I don't have any recent finished work thst I like and would proudly show off... only rough sketches,, school made it impossible to complete 1 pretty personal project w all the anatomy+perspective assignments . I feel awful when thinking abt it, like, wym -

- " i can't show you my art cuz there's no recent shit but just studies and studies..." both I and other ppl hate hearing that haha. While character sheets might not be the most dynamic and interesting, it's a way to mix my past studies and having them look fun

I'll prob sketch traditionally and then clean up and adjust everything digitally. sketching digitally, while sorta convenient, makes my art look sooo stiff 😭 I lwk still struggle with space/fluidity when it comes to a non paper surface haha ik it's very common w artists but damn

I think it could be a good way to get over my "art exposure anxiety" since the character sheets would go together. I don't fear criticism or anything, it's more of a "being perceived" issue lol, I'd say it's time to lock in and start a big project. I wonder how long it'll take me

I'm seriously considering making #UKIYO character sheets... ot7 *at the very least* and, if I can manage that, maybe even side characters That fic ruined me, i'll never get over it and that's ok

I'd do my best to stay canon to the fic but I already have a huge pinterest board that perfectly shows how I envision them. It could be a fun challenge, especially after not drawing for a while due to personal issues. We'll see, bts media is lwk the only thing keeping me sane rn
