No surprise here, but the @GreaterCambs Executive Board meeting, the chair has concluded that #MakingConnections, including the Sustainable Travel Zone congestion charge, will not progress.

Of course, especially in Cambridge, there is now a North, & soon to be a South station and Greenways, many people can work from home, AND with East-West Rail, the roads will have plenty space for delay free buses. Who needs to dig up Green Belt for Busways and huge P&R sites!
