If that integration allows HIMS to learn faster, improve outcomes and lower costs with every additional patient, the moat becomes much harder to replicate.

@PierScalamandre @alc2022 1 The moat isn't simply owning proprietary health data. Amazon, Ro and incumbents can collect health data too. The potential moat is the closed-loop system: diagnostics → personalized intervention → measured outcomes → better treatment decisions.
