Fauja Singh, the oldest marathon runner in the world didn’t take up running until he turned 89! Fauja is a great example that age doesn't limit your capabilities. The Challenge Hub encourage trying new things & finding new hobbies once you retire.
The All in One is our signature challenge. We thought: “If the young can have The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award then why can’t the over-55s have something similar”. This is our answer – asking you to learn new things, take exercise and make a social contribution.
Did you know that there are 16 National trails in England and Wales which cover 2,500 miles. Take a look at nationaltrail.co.uk. In Scotland the equivalent trails are called Scotland’s Great Trails and are administered by NatureScot.

4 of our complete TCH's members staged walk from the top of the Pennine Way (in Scotland) to Land’s End. “ We’ve had so many mini-experiences and have supported each other at different times in different ways. Walking is such a brilliant way to make friends and meet people.”
