Sunlight to eyes (morning) = increased daytime alertness/focus, better sleep, immune function. Don’t stare at sun. Sunlight on skin (mid, late day) = increased testosterone & estrogen, mood. Don’t burn! Viewing bright light (all colors) 10-4am. Bad for sleep, dopamine & more.
