Need a quick, high-energy PE activity? Try Group Juggle! Students form a circle, create a passing order, and can’t pass to the person next to them. Start with 1 ball, add more each round, and see how many they can keep in the air! Great for teamwork, focus, and fun!

The kick over is a key move in my parkour lessons, helping students overcome the fear of going backwards -essential for flips like the back tuck & handspring. Progressions: 1-Bridge 2- Bridge from raised surface +kick 3 - Kickover from a wall Safety+confidence=progress!

Life can be tough with a hip problem, but the love for teaching parkour stays strong! Teaching kids is still possible with clear instructions, safety, and step-by-step learning. The future feels scary with surgery ahead, but parkour is about strength and helping each other.

With my grade 3s, I tried a new approach in parkour: students practiced the skills and designed their own obstacle courses in pairs. A fun way to build creativity, problem-solving, and student agency in PE! IB PYP PSPE
