Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold has been a disaster for Colorado. And now, it’s was discovered that personal information for Colorado’s Confidential Voters was exposed online for 11 days. To make matters worse, one of these confidential voters is Michael Allen, a current Colorado District Attorney who is running against Jena Griswold for Attorney General in this November’s election! District Attorney Allen’s data was accessed twice by apparently unknown individuals. Of course, Jena’s office also leaked passwords for voting machines right before the 2024 election. In this video, Brandon looks at this news story and reviews recent articles.

Cop uses Flock cameras & software to illegally track his mistress, his wife, his mistresses boyfriend, etc.... He is then suspended but keeps using the Flock (but I thought they were "secure" [they're not...]) system to unlawfully monitor these American citizens. He's eventually pleaded to misdemeanors (not felonies?) and got "3 years of informal probation." This is just one of thousands of cases where we know these systems are being unlawfully used - imagine how many times it's happening where we never hear about it... BREAKING: After 3 Hours of debate, HB26-1281 narrowly passes the House on third reading.. This bill lowers the penalty for murder in cases of "extreme indifference" with some exceptions... Before this bill takes effect, a person can be charged with first degree murder "when an individual knowingly engages in conduct with an attitude of universal malice manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life generally that creates a grave risk of death to a person or persons, and which conduct causes the death of another person." For example, someone shoots into a crowd or randomly kills someone by acting in "extreme indifference" to human life. After this bill takes effect, to be found guilty of First Degree Murder caused by "extreme indifference," a criminal would have to kill "more than one person, a child under 12, a first responder," or kill "one person and also cause serious bodily injury to two of more persons by means of a deadly weapon." Otherwise, just killing one person with "extreme indifference" will only result in Second Degree Murder... That's right, literal murderers will have lower penalties thanks to Colorado House Democrats...

Happy Friday Colorado! Regardless of political party, it's important to challenge whoever is making bad decisions. Just because they are a Republican doesn't mean they get a free pass when they vote wrong. The same goes for Democrats. Policy matters. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't criticize a legislator or other politician because they are "on our side."
