So the night before last night I used the 5 senses method and the into your arms method and omg!!! I was doing this message to the cabin with Hades , I could smell him and taste the fresh air I felt like I was actually there I was like half awake and asleep #shift #shiftwt

My shifting experience last night 3 times I tried to shift (to a similar cr) I tried to shift sitting up and meditating I feel like I have shifted to a similar cr again (maybe idk yet) but I got such good symptoms like omg 😱 #loa #shiftwt #shift
