@BulbUK are you having a laugh charging £6 for a phone call and closing at 5pm so no person who works normal hours can contact you! So how do we get hold of someone to help???

@eDreams not sure why you refunded less than half our travel costs. Not sure why we have to spend 2 hours on hold to get cut off. Not sure why your app help area is rubbish. Do you have an email address please. And a copy of your complaints procedure.

@eDreams It’s getting a bit ridiculous so we will be seeking legal advice if you can’t actually give us an answer within the next 7 days. I am happy to DM you the booking reference etc for you to check your records.

@eDreams can you confirm when you will actually refund us from our cancelled flights last August? In fact, if you could actually respond to a query, that would be a start!!

@eDreams So as I said, we did this and have been told by you in an email you have requested this from the airline and are waiting for them to get back you. We have contacted the airline who said you need to request it from them. Would you like the number they gave me so you try again?

@AldiUK As a regular customer, I would like to say that having the condition #middleaisleitis is real! After every visit to the store, I tell everyone about my middle aisle purchases. Now whenever I have something new, people just look at me and say ‘middle aisle?’

@eDreams please respond to me. We are going to have to seek further advice if we do not hear from you as we should be flying Monday. That’s impassible as the airline has cancelled all flights!!!
