@Dom_Perrottet Could we start that with reducing smog by introducing incentives, rather than per-mile charges, to electric cars?
After all, if it's fair to pay for road usage, it's fair to give financial credit for not creating disease causing smog.
@wk057@r00t0v3rr1d3 Sorry to take this a bit off topic - Do you know which update they started to restrict the supercharging speeds? Are they specific to S/X? I sold my Model S and I don't know if I want a 3/Y or skip Tesla altogether.
@VailResorts “ We will ask guests to ride on chairlifts and gondolas with their parties only. ”
Singles line at Blackcomb gondola where the lift operators are giving crap to people who refuse to share in alignment with your protocol...
@SenMarkoLiiaselbil.no/english/norweg… Norway is leading the world on EV adoption. The end result is less air pollution and less CO2 emissions. Historically the government has subsidised fossil fuels, now it's time to subsidise EVs, and tax pollution. This bill is not doing that.
@SenMarkoLiias Equitable isn't what's needed - EVs are far less convenient to drive, all the while benefiting society with less pollution. This means the positive externality of EVs need to be incentivised, and the negative externality of gasoline should be taxed more. Please think about this!
@SenSaldana This is great - however replacing it with something more expensive is horrid. We should use Norway's tax incentives as an example to subsidise EVs while taxing gasoline. We don't need equitable, we need *incentives* for EVs.
