10 h travel + 13 family members, @makemytrip Goa hotel denied check‑in 2 h before arrival. Booking Id: NH79064397305478. No help no callback no accountability. Support got arrogant, refused escalation & said do whatever, we’ll refund.Pathetic service. Never again. @DeepKalraMMT

@DTDCIndia If you are still unaware about this then let me tell you: your delivery person booking the parcel in the name of DTDC and collecting money but not updating in system. They are delivering the parcel and keeping the cash. #fraud
