The realest thing I’ve seen today. Apple TV shows all the way 💯. Dumped Netflix months ago. Their shows affect my brain. This new the girlfriend on Prime. I kept saying if this was an Apple TV show it would have been bad ass as the movie had potential but didn’t hit for me.

Ladies, I got you, so, it's pretty simple really, we bleed every month which in turn lowers our iron, it's not too much to cause Anemia, but it's enough for us to have low iron, hence we are sleepy most of the time and some always have cold feet or hands, frequent headaches too.

You cannot teach someone how to treat you. Learning eachother is one thing but constantly repeating yourself when it comes to simple things is draining. If someone keeps apologizing without changing their actions change the person you’re with. Simple

I think ppl really underestimate how much energy it takes to address a heavy concern you have with a person just for that person to create more chaos bc you addressed the concern. Again not everyone deserves a conversation. I’ve seen time and time again the ppl who accuse others

One major thing I’ve agreed with this year is labeling people as they are in your life. Eg Business partner, colleague, acquaintance, church member, mentor, best friend, class mate, house mate, spouse etc. This helps with expectations and boundaries.
