Moreover, Ban Non Chan was DOCUMENTED by UN that Thailand opened it for shelter Khmer refugees. Don't parrot and show your stupidity to the world

The ICJ ruling applies only to Preah Vihear, not other areas. For the rest, Thailand and Cambodia agreed under MOU 2000 to define the boundary. MOU 2000 explicitly recognizes the watershed principle from the 1904 Franco-Siam Treaty in areas not fixed by Annex I maps, meaning higher ground is Thai territory, lower ground Cambodian. So why do Cambodian soldiers repeatedly move uphill and occupy Thai territory such as Ta Kabrey Temple, Khnar Temple, Hill 850, Hill 500, Hill 350? The same pattern appears at Ban Nong Chan, which Thailand opened as a UN-documented refugee shelter during the Khmer Rouge era, yet cambodia civilian encroachment continues despite we have sent formal protest letters since 2017
