@JJoseAlonso gracias por el dato, te dejo un link informativo. lema.rae.es/drae/srv/searc…
@jaredsartin Ignifuga installs Ports as a regular user (no root privileges), so with the right PATH variable you can use both side by side.
@DevEarley Ignifuga is based on Python and SDL 2, porting a Pygame based game may be possible but it will not be trivial.
@BlackEel I updated, rebuilt from zero but can't reproduce your issue. I would advise clearing up environment vars (incl. PATH).
@BlackEel I'll update my system to 10.8.3 (currently at 10.8.2) and see if I can reproduce your results.
@BlackEel I uploaded a fix so it fails instead of returning that. Try running "which port" to see if you really removed Mac Ports
@BlackEel that's the only thing I can think of that can be different from the test systems I have
@BlackEel try removing macports from your path and let bootstrap.py install it (it'll install in ~/macports so you can remove it easily)
@BlackEel The Python version you have installed should not matter beyond bootstrap.py. What OS X and XCode are you using?
@BlackEel Compare to buildbot.ignifuga.org/builders/osx10… I don't notice much difference, except the initial patch and yours says python.exe at the end ?
@BlackEel Post the log somewhere and I'll try to give you a solution.
SDL has some great ideas on how you should spend your @google Summer of Code libsdl.org/gsoc.php cc @icculus @slouken
@aj2112 Given Apple has removed support for 10.6 in their SDK I'm not supporting it either. Feel free to post the error in our Google group
@Kelhver Thanks again for the feedback, that bug in bootstrap.py is now fixed. You can try it by re downloading the script.
@Kelhver thanks, now I think I know what's going on...I'll try to get it fixed soon.
@Kelhver can you try the latest tip and let me know if that works for you? Thanks!
@sunetos It seems to be the case for a few users, though I could not reproduce it. Any further information about the cause would be helpful
@sunetos Mac Ports is installed by bootstrap.py as an unprivileged user under ~/macports, so it should be able to co exist with homebrew.
@sunetos That's correct. We are recommending people use the bootstrap.py script to get the code and dependencies set up easily.
Ignifuga now sports beta grade integration with @EsotericSoft Spine, a 2D skeletal animation system. Get those bones moving!
