Original game plan of #AdaniGroup was to operate stocks through owned funding and making the valuation 1000 times and at that valuation to demerge the companies into different divisions, so that valuations gets divided but untimely #HindenbergResearch ruined entire game #AdaniFPO

In other cases of IPOs & FPOs, only promoters & bankers of respective issues are worried during the issue period about the subscription. But in case of #AdaniFPO entire India is worried about whether the issue will get fully subscribed or not #AdaniGroup #HindenbergResearch

Gradually, people will only invest in 80c tax savings mutual funds. For all other purpose, people will choose to directly invest in equity. Incase of loss, atleast they will know what went wrong unlike an overnight shocker like #FranklinTempleton @MFSahiHai #mutualfundssahihai
