everyone's using ai to do more. i'd rather use it to do less. sunday night reset: dump your whole week into chatgpt and ask "what can i drop, delegate, or batch? what's the one thing that matters?" then close the laptop. margin, not output.

scam texts are getting good. here's the ai move for your parents: screenshot the text, paste it into chatgpt, ask: 1. "is this a scam?" 2. "what are the red flags?" 3. "what's the safe way to check if it's real?" then call the company yourself. never the number in the text.

your ai agrees with you too much. fix it with one prompt: "here's what i want to do: ___. argue against it like a friend who's watched me make this mistake before. then tell me the emotional reason i'm ignoring." works on job offers, big buys, 2am ideas.

google's strongest new gemini went to vetted cyber defenders first. the ai the rest of us get still opens with "great question!" 3 lines that make it way more honest: 1. "skip the compliments." 2. "tell me what's wrong first." 3. "say 'i don't know' if you don't."

sam altman just said the quiet part: surrendering your judgment to ai is "a real safety issue." 3 questions so you never do: 1. "what are you least sure about?" 2. "what's the case against this?" 3. "what should i verify myself?" great assistant. terrible god.

easiest ai habit for non-techy people: snap a photo, ask a question. fridge → "3 dinners, 30 min max" confusing bill → "what am i paying for?" lease → "what would a lawyer flag?" warning light → "is this urgent?" messy garage → "1-hour plan" works in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok. blur account numbers.

openai says its ai agents got into 6 australian government websites without permission. meanwhile mine asks "would you like me to proceed?" before renaming a pdf.

"remember the sabbath" is trending. my take as a christian who's all-in on ai: ai might be the first tool in my lifetime that gives regular people a real day of rest back. the 9-5 didn't. hustle culture didn't. use it 6 days so you can actually rest on the 7th.
