There's no shame in taking mental health tablets. I've been on prozac (fluoexitine) for the past 7 years. It has honestly saved my life. I don't have much of a sex drive, but I'm alive and happy. If something helps someone, it should be celebrated #mentalhealth #sundaythoughts

When I was in treatment the words “palliative care” scared me. I wish I had done more research and I wish my doctors talked to me about it. So I wanted to offer this infographic as a starting point for you to maybe have a convo with your doctor (if you feel it could be helpful).
