@kaygdotorg same for me, but that is where i've had more success with Fable, definitely more expensive but less iterations. I only use it for the most demanding tasks with a higher horizon of edge cases (helps better in convergence)
@kaygdotorg True on that, Astra is so much worse on limits. But any reasons why you prefer Opus, does it actually get you better results irl, coz for me, call it bias, but Fable just thinks/exes better, mainly in terms of edge cases too and helps me get close to the output I want.

@Jay_gabani_ 10 days is a little less than ideal time to judge. Trust the process and eat your protein. You probably have gained muscle & that new workout caused muscle tears, meaning more glycogen & water holding initially. Give it time. I lost 21 kgs in 6 months, the first 2 weeks i lost 0.
