I am so tired of taking an @UberEats order and getting to the store and finding out that another driver took the order. Why do you waste so much of my time like this? #ubereats

Spent over 45 minutes trying to talk to UberEats support to try to fix order for a diner. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone with @UberEats and disconnected twice and transferred 5 times. They cancelled the order and compensated me $5. I made less than $7/hr & diner gets no food.

Frustration is accepting a decent @UberEats order then drive a distance over the river to get to the store just to find it’s closed. Then they make you wait 20 minutes on the phone to cancel it and end up giving you $3 for the inconvenience. It was more inconvenient than that!

Delivering for UberEats tonight and pick up a double at WalMart. Deliver the first one and take a pic and the app crashes. Don’t know where to go for the second one. Called customer service talked to four people in the last one hung up on me. @UberEats @Uber_Support #ubereats

No line at this @tacobell and trying to pick up an order for a customer. They said it’s in the cue. I have watched many cars pull up to the drive thru and leave with their orders. I’m still waiting. Weird cue system. @tacobellcare

Did an @UberEats order for a Walgreen’s shopping trip. Customer didn’t respond to substitution choices and didn’t answer when I called. At least she returned my call. Tried to make one of the substitutions but the app wouldn’t let me change the item. Don’t send me those again.

You learn which restaurants are time killers because @Grubhub doesn’t give them the order so you avoid those orders. Then GH creates a Virtual Restaurant at the same place to fool you into going there. The virtual restaurant doesn’t get the orders either!
