@MikaelaMalloy @USAOWTC we do put a lot of weight on gender as a society and at this point it would be very hard to change that entirely because we are raised in it and our subconscious will continue to follow it and it is had to fight something that you dont even realize you are doing

@HeyWags30 @USAOWTC It is very interesting how the story pulls back and forth between the mind of a child and the seriousness of the situation

@USAOWTC #wtcper it’s not very often that you can find a graphic novel that can display the seriousness and magnitude of the story as well as Persepolis does the style of the illustration almost reminds the readers that this is about a child’s life it makes it more meaningful

@JazmynShort1 @USAOWTC It was so incredibly interesting you knew it was coming but you couldn’t stop it reading every word getting more frustrated yet entertained

@USAOWTC #wtcsong3 the death and the narration are so gripping and inclusive it is such a good read you could see it all coming but it still hit hard

@DeniseKimball20 @USAOWTC It totally does it’s really cool how stories can share such detailed similarities but also be so different

@USAOWTC #wtcsong2 the story is set up so well from the beginning Readers can see the hate and love and the progression of the plot long before it happens but because it’s written so well it’s still very moving and incredibly interesting when you get to it

@MikaelaMalloy @USAOWTC It really does remind me of WT1 and the readings with in it this reading seem like there is more to it than say other writings similar to it like the Iliad

@USAOWTC #wtcsong1 this book is very similar to all the other Greek stories but it takes a different route throughout its adventure to define love and the question of what it is and how to see it is very interesting

@JDaddyWT3 @USAOWTC I totally agree the ability to learn decision making is key and the potential that video games have is amazing

@usaowtc #WTCVid video games have always been controversial and flawed but the potential that video games has is almost unlimited the ability to use VR and and other forms and a replacement for real life experience opens up some many new possibilities

@usaowtc #wtckin1 this is a very interesting and engulfing story you can really see and picture the struggle from a different perspective it’s a great read

@USAOWTC #wtcces coninizing is basically just the process of spreading culture and dominating other cultures and that’s just how the world works but do we want to accept that?

@JazmynShort1 @USAOWTC It’s as if we want to take credit for there work and be able to brag and say that we understand it and that we are intellectual it has become almost a game

@USAOWTC #wtcmag does art have to have a symbolic meaning behind it? Is it not good enough to just stand alone and be beautiful and entertaining? Why must we create a narrative for it to follow
