@MoeedNj اسلام میں قتل کی سزا قتل ہے، یا کوئی مرتد ہو جائے، یا توہینِ رسالت کا مرتکب ہو، یا کوئی شادی شدہ شخص زنا کرے تو اسے رجم کی سزا دی جاتی ہے۔ اس معاملے میں حرم کی تقدیس یقیناً پامال ہوئی ہے، لیکن کیا اس قدر بڑی سزا دی جا سکتی ہے؟ اس کا جواب تو کوئی مفتی ہی دے سکتا ہے۔
