Good news! Rates will decrease in April when a hurricane surcharge ends. We’re proposing lower rates in May, too, due to lower fuel prices. @insideFPL They run FPL like the mafia. A customer since 2004, paid on time, I called in Jan. to switch Bank of A pay with e-bills; bank didn’t set it up right so it was late; in Feb. my power was turned off; I called 3x to fix it, now I have to pay $543 deposit for something not my fault!
