.@jtimberlake is taking a stand on #EarthDay against the Byhalia Pipeline potentially being built in his Memphis, Tenn., hometown. blbrd.cm/jBJKAP7
@billboard @jtimberlake That’s great! Does he also came up with a plan to solve the unemployment after the stopping the pipeline?
@inspired4u @billboard @jtimberlake Pipeline jobs talking point originated in Russia--if Fox is your source of information, just stop. Once built, few people work on a pipeline. Temporary jobs but permanent pollution. What about trucker (and truckstop workers) transporting oil now? Do this instead
@inspired4u @billboard @jtimberlake The #ByhaliaPipeline would only bring temporary jobs to Memphis during a 9-month period of construction. After that, it’s all earnings for Plains and Valero — not Memphians.
@inspired4u @billboard @jtimberlake Would you rather have polluted water for a whole city or some people unemployed? You win some, you lose some. Neither side wins either way, but I’d rather have non polluted water
