@realmeIndia Don't buy any realme products they are not providing service to you if your product is folty and you call customer care they say I will arrange the call in 24 hours but you didn't come any call I bought 2 tv both tv display is folty i am complaining in last 90 days but still no

@realmeIndia What about harassing the customer after,Instead of launching new products, focus on resolving customer grievance which are pending from 2 months.Do you care for your customer who are suffering from mental agony and torture for pursuing what is theirs.

@insystemerror @realmecareIN Me too same situation here.atleast they provided you appointment id.I didn't got any appointment Id till now. Waiting for replacement of tv from last one and half month. I was fool who bought realme tv..never again

@realmecareIN @MadhavSheth1,@consumerforum_ Dear real me, instead of launching new products and bragging same,focus on the customer services. Resolve the grievance of all the customer whose issues are pending for more than 2 months or more. This will earn you more customer.

@realmecareIN I received the notification for the same on my mail I'd on 29 October, 2021. But since that day, whenever I logged in to real me account, no order is showing up in my order tab. This issue is persistent from the day one and status is same. Please don't play tricks.

@realmecareIN @MadhavSheth1 ,I am still awaiting call and resolution from Real me. What a unprofessional and horrible services from Real me. it's seems Real me is I interested in selling new products and looting them. No after sell service. I have never expected such a pathetic services.

@realmecareIN On this issue, real me shared a link that my order is placed on 29 October, 2021 but when I logged in to account. No order is showing up in my order. On enquiring the same , I was told that order is to be picked up by courier partner. The status is same as on today i.e. on 8 Nov.
