good morning guys i lost those 0.55kg overnight im back to 55kg exactly and bmi 22.2 <3 for breakfast i had chocolate wafers (a lot of them) and a cup of kefir - 559 cals total. have a good day!

i felt really bad today, my paranoia was so bad it stopped me from doing any work or hobbies after school. i just feel kinda paralyzed by fear a lot now and i dont want to leave my room

coming from someone who has had ana, mia, and bed during different parts of life i think those posts about being jealous of anorexics (from ppl with other eds) are perfectly reasonable and i hate the people who say "nooo you don't want ana" (to ppl with other types of ed)
